1. Service Description

CharmDeal provides AI-powered car deal analysis, scam detection, and negotiation coaching. Our analysis is based on publicly available market data and AI model outputs. CharmDeal is an informational tool — not a substitute for professional automotive appraisal, legal advice, or financial guidance.

2. Accuracy Disclaimer

Market pricing, VIN history, dealer reputation, and scam detection results are generated by AI models using web search data. Results are best-effort estimates and may not reflect exact market conditions. Always verify critical information independently before making purchase decisions.

3. Credits & Billing

CharmDeal uses a pay-per-check credit system. Credits are purchased as one-time payments and never expire. All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Free Credit

New accounts receive 1 free deal check on signup. Once used, additional credits must be purchased to continue using the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use CharmDeal to: scrape or resell data, conduct automated bulk queries, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems, or use the service for any illegal purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

CharmDeal is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
