We collect: your email address and authentication data (via Clerk), payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number), and the deal details you submit for analysis.

2. Chat History

Chat conversations and deal analysis results are stored in our database so you can access your history and watchlist across sessions. You can delete individual conversations from your account at any time. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

3. How We Use Your Data

Authentication data is used to manage your account and credits. Deal details are sent to AI models for analysis and stored to provide your conversation history and watchlist features. We use anonymous, aggregated usage metrics to improve the service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting, AI models via Amazon Bedrock, email via SES, file storage via S3), Neon (database), Upstash (rate limiting and caching), and Cloudflare (DNS). Each operates under their own privacy policy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with car dealers, advertisers, or data brokers. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as required to operate the product.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Since we do not store chat history, there is no conversation data to delete.
